Built by a trucking company, running on our own trucks every day

One platform. Everything automated.

Loads read themselves from email or a screenshot. Assignment, payroll, invoicing and live tracking take care of themselves too — one platform, not five separate tools.

All-in-one

Everything you juggle across five tabs, in one automated platform

Dispatch, live GPS and mapping, payroll, invoicing, compliance — not five separate logins and a spreadsheet holding it together. One platform does the manual parts for you.

Reads the load for you

Straight from your inbox, a pasted screenshot or a PDF — it's parsed straight onto the board: pickup, delivery, rate, notes, contacts, all of it. Nobody types a load in by hand.

Knows where every truck is

Live GPS feeds straight into the board — distance and drive time to the next stop, automatically. No separate Google Maps tab to check if a truck can make it.

Hours back every week

No re-typing a load into payroll, no rebuilding an invoice from memory, no doing the math on driver pay by hand. It's already there, already priced, already connected.

Compliance that watches itself

Licenses, medical cards, registrations and inspections turn amber, then red, before they become a roadside problem.

Dispatch

A load lands in your inbox. Fifteen seconds later it's on a driver.

No retyping load numbers, addresses and appointment windows out of a PDF. The importer reads the rate confirmation for you and puts the run on the board.

Import

Import straight from Gmail

Open the rate confirmation, hit one button. It reads the PDF, pulls out the load number, both legs, the rate, the appointment windows and the equipment, and shows you everything before it saves — so you stay in control of what lands on the board.

  • Reads PDF rate cons and plain-text load offers
  • Multiple loads in one document, imported together
  • Warns you when a load number is already on the board

Live tracking

Know exactly where the truck is, without a phone call

One click on a load shows the driver's live position and how far they really are from pickup and delivery — real drive time, not a straight line on a map.

Map

Click the map icon, see the truck

Every load on the board has a map icon right on it. Click it and the driver's live GPS position drops in next to the pickup and delivery pins, with real drive-time ETAs to both.

  • Live GPS position, not a last-known address
  • ETA and miles to pickup and delivery, with real traffic
  • Opens right from the board — no separate app

Ask it, instead of digging for it

"Where's Marcus" or "all ETAs" — the assistant already has the fleet's live GPS and load data, and answers in a sentence instead of five clicks around the board.

  • Reads live GPS and ETA data, not a stale export
  • Click a suggestion, or type your own question
  • Lives on the dashboard — always one click away

Fleet & compliance

Nobody rolls out on an expired medical card

Licenses, medical cards, registrations and annual inspections all carry an expiry date. The board turns amber before they lapse and red after — and tells you who is missing paperwork entirely.

Drivers

A compliance board, not a contact list

Every driver in one row: truck, phone, license expiry, medical expiry, documents. Filter to just the ones that need attention and work the list down to nothing.

  • Filter by expired, expiring or missing documents
  • Warning windows you set yourself — 30 days, 7 days, whatever suits
  • Contractors kept separate from employed drivers
  • Documents and SSN stored encrypted against the driver, not in a filing cabinet

Payroll

The week is already in the system. Let it do the math.

You dispatched the loads. You shouldn't have to type them again into a spreadsheet to work out what everyone is owed.

Payroll

Every completed load, priced and totaled

Pick a driver and a week. Every load they ran is there in the order they ran it, with the rate alongside. Type the pay or type a percentage — the other fills itself in. Mark the week paid when the money goes out.

  • Weekly for drivers, monthly for contractors
  • Contractors priced off carrier pay, not the sell rate
  • Notes per load, and loads you can drop from a week without deleting them
  • Printable pay statement for the driver

It's already watching the load boards for you

You don't have to babysit load boards between loads. Scout watches them for you and tells you the moment something fits.

Board Scout

Matched to the truck that actually needs it

A stranded truck two hours from home. One more load before the day ends. A driver who needs a short top-off, not a full reload. Scout knows what every truck in your fleet needs right now, watches your load boards for it, and only surfaces the loads that actually fit — refined by real drive distance, not just a matching zip code.

  • Reads your load boards automatically — no manual searching
  • Matched against real drive distance, not just the region
  • Pushes straight to you over Telegram
  • Lives inside the same window as the rest of the board

Works on the phone in the yard

The board, the drivers, payroll — all of it reflows for a phone. Assign a driver from a dropdown instead of dragging, mark a load done from the cab park, and pick light or dark depending on whether you're in an office or a truck at night.

  • No app store, no install — it's just the website
  • Light and dark, remembered per device
  • Two dispatchers on the same tool at once, live — nobody overwrites the other

"We built this because nothing on the market did all three — dispatch, compliance and billing — without three subscriptions and three logins. Now it runs our own trucks every day, and we're opening it up."

FAQ

Questions dispatchers actually ask

No. It's a website — open it on a desktop, laptop, or phone and sign in. The Chrome extension is optional, for importing loads straight out of Gmail.

Most fleets are dispatching their first load the same day. Add your drivers and trucks, set up your carriers and terminals, and you're on the board — we'll walk you through it on the demo call.

Yes — send us what you've got and we'll get it imported before your first day on the board, at no extra charge.

SSNs are encrypted at rest and only ever shown in full on an explicit, logged request. Access to drivers, payroll and documents is controlled per role, enforced on the server.

Yes — contractors are tracked separately from employed drivers, with their own monthly settlement.

Pricing is a flat monthly rate based on your fleet size, not per seat. Book a demo and we'll quote it on the call.

See it on your own loads

Half an hour, your freight, your drivers. If it doesn't save your dispatcher an hour a day, don't buy it.
